Order Returns:-
– Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery .
-In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
– We offer a replacement/refund only for product/s which is/ are damaged /broken or significantly different from website description.
– Actual product colors might vary a bit from what it appears in the photographs due to light conditions used during photography.
- Dewdrop Bottles will take 2 working days to review your return request.
-When you return your product, please indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Send the products along with the invoice and the note with your order number into a secure package. Affix our address (as seen in invoice and packaging) and send it through a reliable courier and email us the consignment details.
-After the product is received, Dewdrop Bottles will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund coupon accordingly.
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Incomplete order – missing products
- In case a product is received physically damaged during shipment, click a picture and email to enquiry@dewdropbottle.com for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Under what conditions return/ replacement request will not be accepted?
- Opened/used/altered products
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
- The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
- The damaged/missing product is reported after 24 hours from the date of delivery
