Order Returns:-
– We at Dewdrop Bottles know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by our customer care executive or on website. Below are some more shipping related points:
-Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
-We make our best efforts to ensure that your order is shipped out within 2-3 days. However in some cases, it may take longer, upto 7-10 working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured from factory warehouse to city warehouse.
-Orders are shipped out on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Actual product colors might vary a bit from what it appears in the photographs due to light conditions used during photography
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and write an email to enquiry@dewdropbottle.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may write an email to enquiry@dewdropbottle.com.commentioning your order reference number.
Delivery
For order containing multiple Products, delivery may be made in multiple shipments. Delivery usually takes 1 – 4 business days from the date of order placement. Upon placement of the order, the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on the Order Tracking page. The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, the Company is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an e-mail the reason for such delay.
Please note that your order will be cancelled due to: (i) unavailability of the Product ordered; or (ii) at your instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the Product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss either direct or indirect owing to such cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
Tracking Facility
Upon dispatch of the Product, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. Orders may also be tracked, by clicking the ‘Track Order’ option on our website. The order status can be tracked after 24 hours from the time of dispatch.
